Iceland

The focus of American Studies work in Iceland is at the Faculty of Languages and Culture of the University of Iceland, which hosted the Nordic Association for American Studies Conference in 1992. The Department offers a MA level program in Inter-American Studies.

The Finnish American Studies Association (FASA) is devoted to promoting the study of American history, society, literature, and culture.
